Dulwich

Completed in 2023, we had the pleasure of creating this stunning single-storey home in Dulwich for clients downsizing from their family home. Their brief was to create a luxury residence that retained the warmth, style, and feel of their previous home, while offering a more manageable layout. We provided the full design-and-construct service, including the demolition of the existing house, and worked closely with Girardi Designs to deliver a home filled with light, open living spaces, premium finishes, and carefully considered details. The clients were heavily involved in all interior selections, which helped make the home truly personal and reflective of their style. Some of our favourite features include honed travertine tiling, glass breeze blocks, 2Pac shaker-style joinery, and the striking skillion roof in the main living area. The result is a home that is elegant, inviting, and perfectly tailored to the client’s lifestyle.
